3. Providing data
Through this site and related sites, the provision of data refers to common personal data. Data such as: name and surname, place and date of birth, tax code, copy of an identity document, residence or domicile, telephone number may be requested to pursue the purposes in point 1 and always in compliance with the treatment. No sensitive and fiscal data are requested. The User guarantees that all personal information provided by him is accurate and updated so as to correspond truthfully to the current situation of the User. It is the user's obligation to keep their data updated at all times, as the User is solely responsible for the inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided.
The User authorizes consent to these Conditions and Privacy Policy every time they:

- Send an e-mail to one of the electronic addresses that makes available;
- Fill in the forms or request information on any activity;
- Fill out a form directly or through any partner sites.

4. Legal basis of the treatment
The data are obtained in the satisfaction of a request from the interested party. The interested party is not obliged to provide personal data, but in case of refusal it will be impossible to provide the requested service both for practical reasons and because this would result in the failure to comply with legal obligations.

The personal data necessary for the execution of the requested activity will be kept for the period strictly necessary for the provision of the service itself; otherwise, the other data will be kept for the period imposed by law.

6. Communication and recipients of the data
The Data Processors - rather than external collaborators, subjects operating in the sector, auxiliaries, consultants, etc. (i.e. all those subjects to whom communication is necessary for the correct fulfillment of the purposes indicated in point 1) - can acquire the personal data of the interested party for the purposes referred to in point 1.

7. Disclosure of the data
Personal data are not subject to general dissemination, advertising, profiling, etc., but will be disclosed only for compliance with legal obligations.

8. Transfer of data abroad
For no reason, personal data will not be transferred to foreign countries.

9. Rights of the interested party
The GDPR EU 2016/679 grants the interested party the exercise of the following specific rights:
a) right of access to data (art.15 GDPR)
b) right to rectify data (art.16 GDPR)
c) cancellation of data (art.17 GDPR)
d) limitation of treatment (art.18 GDPR)
e) right to object to the processing (art.21 GDPR)
f) right of portability (art.20 GDPR) understood as the right to obtain, from the data controller, the data in a structured format of common use and readable by automatic device to transmit them to another data controller without impediments
g) right to withdraw consent to treatment, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent acquired before the revocation (art.7 - par.3 GDPR)
h) right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the Privacy Guarantor (art. 51 GDPR)
