Pursuant to the GDPR EU 2016/679, and in relation to personal data for the use of this website leonrabi.com and leonrabi.it, users are informed of the following:

1. Purpose of data processing
The processing of personal data on this site and related sites is limited to the purposes of communication to make the company activities known. The foregoing, in full compliance with the principle of correctness of the current legal provisions for - merely by way of example and not exhaustively - the acquisition of preliminary information (e.g. email address) to answer user questions about possible activities.

Through this site and related sites, the provision of data refers to common personal data. Data such as: name and surname, place and date of birth, tax code, copy of an identity document, residence or domicile, telephone number may be requested to pursue the purposes in point 1 and always in compliance with the treatment. No sensitive and fiscal data are requested. The User guarantees that all personal information provided by him is accurate and updated so as to correspond truthfully to the current situation of the User. It is the user's obligation to keep their data updated at all times, as the User is solely responsible for the inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided.
The User authorizes consent to these Conditions and Privacy Policy every time they:
- Browse the website;
- Send an e-mail to one of the electronic addresses that www.leonrabi.com makes available;
- Fill in the forms or request information on any activity;
- Fill out a form directly or through any partner sites.

4. Legal basis of the treatment
The data are obtained in the satisfaction of a request from the interested party. f) right of portability (art.20 GDPR) understood as the right to obtain, from the data controller, the data in a structured format of common use and readable by automatic device to transmit them to another data controller without impediments
g) right to withdraw consent to treatment, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent acquired before the revocation (art.7 - par.3 GDPR)
h) right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the Privacy Guarantor (art. 51 GDPR)
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence and / or cancellation of the same. Requests will be sent to the data controller by writing to Leonardo Intelligence via Fasana n.28 - 00195 Rome, or by email to privacy@leonardointelligence.it.
